Business Development Officer

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer to help IlewaCare grow its client base and build lasting relationships with families, partners, and care stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be confident in identifying new business opportunities, developing client acquisition strategies, following up with leads, and supporting efforts to retain clients through clear communication and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business acquisition strategies.
  • Identify and follow up with potential clients and partners.
  • Build relationships with families, healthcare providers, community groups, and relevant organizations.
  • Support client onboarding and retention efforts.
  • Work with the marketing team to improve outreach and lead generation.
  • Track prospects, conversations, and conversion opportunities.
