Role Focus: Daily Operations, Staff Management & Quality Care Delivery
We are looking for an organized and people-focused Operations & HR Manager to oversee IlewaCare’s day-to-day operations, caregiver recruitment, staff supervision, client assessments, and service quality. The ideal candidate should be able to manage people, coordinate care delivery, maintain operational standards, and ensure both clients and caregivers receive the support they need.
This role is perfect for someone who is structured, compassionate, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing administrative work with human relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service delivery across care assignments.
- Manage caregiver recruitment, screening, onboarding, and training processes.
- Supervise care staff and ensure they follow IlewaCare’s service standards.
- Conduct or coordinate client assessments to understand care needs and recommend suitable care plans.
- Monitor service quality and resolve operational issues quickly and professionally.
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and relevant partners.
- Maintain reports on staff performance, client feedback, care activities, and operational progress.
- Support basic business development activities, including identifying service improvement and growth opportunities.
- Ensure clear communication between management, caregivers, and clients.
- Help maintain a safe, respectful, and professional care environment.
