We are looking for a compassionate and qualified Nurse to provide professional health support to clients who require attentive care at home. The ideal candidate should be able to monitor client well-being, support care routines, communicate clearly with families, and work with caregivers to ensure safe, dignified, and reliable care.
This role is best suited for someone who is patient, responsible, clinically aware, and committed to improving the comfort and quality of life of elderly, children, and vulnerable individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor clients’ health, comfort, and general well-being.
- Support medication routines in line with care instructions.
- Carry out basic health checks where required.
- Identify changes in a client’s condition and report concerns promptly.
- Support personal care and mobility needs when necessary.
- Work with caregivers to ensure care plans are followed properly.
- Communicate professionally with clients, families, and management.
- Maintain accurate care notes, reports, and health-related documentation.
- Promote safety, dignity, and comfort during every care visit.
- Provide calm, compassionate support during sensitive care situations.
